What Is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is the act of balancing the energy body by identifying its root cause and modifying it to achieve balance and harmony. Energy is the fabric of the cosmos; light is energy, sound is energy, and all living organisms on Earth function on this energy, known as Qi in Chinese.

1. Traditional Chinese medicine originated from 皇å¸å†…ç»Huangdi Neijing, the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor or Esoteric Scripture of the Yellow Emperor, and has been used for thousands of years to regulate Qi flow through meridians associated with the yin and yang (feminine and masculine) principles, as well as the interaction of the elemental qualities of fire, earth, metal, water, and wood with the body’s organs. Any imbalance of these elements could cause disease.

In modern science, energy can be measured by frequency vibrations in Hz (cycles per second). For instance, color can be measured in frequency.

Humans have an energy field referred to as the human aura.

The word “aura” comes from ancient Greek and Latin and means “breeze” or “air.” In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, new-age spiritual theosophists defined “aura” as a luminous body that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body, emitting its distinct radiation. It can be photographed using methods like Kirlian photography. I like Barabara Brennan’s “Hands of Light,” where she guides people into healing through the human energy fields.

The first base layer, The Etheric body, comprises microscopic energy lines that act like a sparking web of light energy matrix, shaping and anchoring the physical matter of the body’s tissues. The web-like structure of the etheric body is constantly in motion, with sparks of blush-white light moving along its energy lines throughout the dense physical body. The etheric body extends two inches beyond the physical body and pulses at 15-20 cycles per minute. Some folks may perceive it as having blue-to-gray tones. The etheric structure provided the framework for the cells to grow.

Second Emotional Body
The emotional body is linked to feelings. It is considerably more fluid, almost like blobs of color moving within the matrix of the etheric field and extending beyond it, up to three inches from the body.

6^th The Celestial Body

This is the high octave of the emotional level of the spiritual plane. It extends 2–3 feet from the body. It is where we can experience spiritual bliss. People can attain this level through meditation or other connections. This is where we know we are connected to everything in the cosmos. Some see gold/silver shine opalescent quality.

7^th Causal Body

This is the mental level of the spiritual plane; it extends 2.5–3.5 feet from the body. When our consciousness reaches the seventh level, we realize we are connected to the Creator. The exterior form is the egg shape of the aura body, which contains all of the auric bodies linked with the current incarnation of a person. It’s like thousands of tiny lotus flowers shimmying in a golden hue.

The Cosmic plane
Some can detect higher-level bodily energy in crystalline formations, while others can feel it. Clairvoyant people can connect to this cosmic level easily. The 8th level shield refers to soul lessons in this lifetime. The shield appears to be a flat blue piece of light of very impermeable and durable quality. The shield fits along the lower edge of the chakra, just above the trauma, and is set into the root of the chakra. At this level, trauma is an integral piece of energy consciousness; it is like a being of its own and leaves on its own accord after the person truly learns its lesson, and it is no longer needed. After the trauma leaves, its full effect ends, and then the space is shielded with golden white light as well as a rose color of unconditional love. The 9th level is about the soul’s incarnation into this life.

The cause of illness is an imbalance. Imbalance is the result of forgetting who you are. We are divine beings having an earthly experience. Forgetting who you are generates thoughts and actions that lead to an unhealthy lifestyle and, eventually, illness.

How we perceive ourselves in earthly reality affects our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies.

Healing Process

Healing requires effort. Mostly, it is an interior effort in which we examine our mental and emotional belief systems to transform them. First, we need to find the root cause and understand the imbalance on physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual levels. Then we need to balance the energy at each level. Also, we may ask for high-level assistance, known as channeling healing, which allows the guides to partially enter the channeler’s field and perform work on the individual through direct manipulation. True healing is the healing of the soul in this incarnation of any trauma or discord, learning the lessons, and connecting back to the divine.

Real-life examples: a client who had a neck issue. After a meditative energy healing session, she drew two images in one minute to show what she felt before and after within her body. She had no prior knowledge of the auric color. She felt open, and her energy reached out of her fingers and body after the healing.
