By enrolling in EZENTRA Center or EZENTRA Integrate, You (“Member”) agree to the flooring terms.
EZENTRA is a membership-based program offered by Z Empowerment Inc. designed to support personal growth, clarity, energy alignment , and conscious living.
1. Nature of the Membership
EZENTRA provides access to :
- Group sessions
- Energetic and subconscious alignment practices
- Educational and spiritual content
- Community support
- Live or recorded experiences
These offerings are for personal development and spiritual growth and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
2. Member Responsibility
you underhand that your results depend on your participation, openness and integration. Emotional or energetic shifts may occur. You are responsible for how you apply insights and guidance. EZENTRA does not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Community Integrity
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, members agree to:
- Respect other members
- Maintain confidentiality
- Avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
- Not share private group content outside the community
Z Empowerment reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards, without refund.
4. Payment and Billing
- Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis
- You may cancel anytime before your next bilingual cycle
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- Missed sessions or unused access do not quality for refunds.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership through your account portal or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current filing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All EZENTRA content, recording, materials and teachings are the property of Z Empowerment Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.
7, Confidentiality & Privacy
Group and private conversations are confidential. However, Z Empowerment cannot guarantee the actions of other members.
8. Emotional & Energetic Work Disclaimer
EZENTRA may involve emotional processing, energetic shifts, or subconscious exploration. This is normal. However, this work is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
9. Limitation of Liability
Z Empowerment is not liable for any personal , emotional , or financial decisions made as a result of participation in EZENTRA.
10. Changes to Membership
Z Empowerment may update the program structure, pricing, or content to improve member experience. Continued membership indicates acceptance.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sales are Final.
By completing your purchase , you acknowledge that EZENTRA memberships, sessions, programs, and digital services are non-refundable once access has been granted.
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Missed sessions, unused access, or partial participation do not qualify for refunds.
