The limited beliefs are mental frameworks formed from past experiences, conditioning, or cultural narrative that restrict your potentials, such as “I am not enough”, I don’t deserve love,” ” I am a failure ” , ” Success is for others , not me.” or ” if I love fully, I will be abandoned “. etc it act like invisible walls that silently dictate how far you allow yourself to go.
Subconscious Patterns are automatic behaviors, emotional reactions and though loops wired into the subconscious mind, often developed as survival mechanisms in childhood or past lives. such as repeating unhealthy relationship cycles, self-sabotage just before success, over-giving to avoid rejection, or fear of visibility or use your voice .
When limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns aren’t addressed, they keep you in a cycle of stagnation, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
