All services are intended for personal growth, insight, and energetic support. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

2. NO Medical or Psychological Treatment

Z Empowerment does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. You agree that you are responsible for seeking licensed medical, mental health, or legal professionals for any health or legal concerns. Participation in our services is voluntary and based on your personal choice.

3. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that :

Your results depend on your personal openness, cations and integration
Energy work, spiritual insight , and coaching do not guarantee specific outcomes
You remain fully responsible for all life choices and decisions

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments for services, sessions, programs, memberships and digital products are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Missed or canceled sessions without proper notice may not be refunded
Memberships may be canceled at any time, but no particle refunds are provided
Packages and intensive are non-refundable once started.

5. Confidentialtiy

Your personal information, session content , and communications are kept private and confidential. However, confidentiality doe snot apply where disclosure is required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, recordings, written content, and brand elements of Z Empowerment Inc. are protected intellectual property. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Community Conduct

If you participate in EZENTRA Center, Integrate, or any group setting, you agree to:

Treat others with respect
Maintain confidentiality
Avoid harassment, hate speech or disruption

Z Empowerment reserves the right to remove anyone who violates community integrity without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Z Empowerment is not responsible for any direct, indirect, emotional, financial, or physical outcomes related to participation in our services.

You agree to release and hold Harmless Z Empowerment Inc, its owner, and affiliates from all claims related to your participation.

Z Empowerment may update there Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
