After being annoyed yesterday about having so much to do and not having patience or time for others, I came to the profound understanding and realization that “human beings work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until the physical body dies and the soul transits.”

This is not always a sad story but propel us to write exciting creation journey. This understanding actually excites me and provides me with a tool for managing my everyday life and relationships with others, setting boundaries, not feeling guilty or frustrated, and honoring myself and others in a balanced manner.
What is work? Work is energy consumption. So, even while sleeping, a human being’s body, which is made up of numerous energy bodies, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical, keeps on working.
- Usually it takes 8 hours for the physical body to reset and repair.
- Take time to drink and eat throughout the awake hours to nourish your physical body.
- In the awakened state, the mental mind, emotional body, and physical body are all in motion.
- Doing tasks to meet the needs of others, oneself, or the community in exchange for services or survival.
- allow time for the conscious and unconscious mind to integrate through meditation, introspection, self-awareness, thinking, and visualizing.

People may asking what is my worth and return?
the highest return and worth of any moment or work are fully depend the particular individual.
- Some have intrinsic value—natural vital value.
- Some are market value—which is the economic value.
- Some are freely and willing to provide – emotional worth.
- Some are subjective mental values
Our emotional body simply feeling certain energy waves within our physical body, whether is happiness, sadness, grief, anger or fear.
How our mental mind processes and interprets these emotional feelings has a significant impact on the outcome of our decision.
Understanding such processes allows us to manage our daily lives with aligned mental, emotional, and even spiritual choices: they can be productive instead of wasting energy; they can be passionate with love instead of obligations and demands; they can be mutually beneficial instead of gain or loss; they can be joyful instead of suffering.
