Who & how do you communicate with Spiritual Guides?
Spiritual Guides, often referred to as guardian angels, ascended masters, ancestors, animal spirits, or higher-dimensional beings, are non-physical beings believed to assist and support individuals on their spiritual journey and in their daily lives.
Spiritual Guides respect individuals’ free will and choices, offering guidance and support without imposing their will. They are seen as compassionate beings who honor each person’s unique path and journey.
The communication is often subtle and requires openness and sensitivity to perceive. Guides communicate with individuals through intuition, inner knowing, signs, symbols, dreams, synchronicities, and sometimes through channeling or mediumship.
Based on each person’s spiritual and religious beliefs, one can call upon any of the spiritual guides to assist in “love” and “light.”
Loved Ones
Loved ones could be your ancestors, pets, soul groups, or star beings, whether in physical or non-physical form, who are benevolent and loving in the highest light.
As for me personally, my grandmother and the ascended master, Lord Lanto/Duke of Zhou, are two of my ancestors who closely watch over me and work with me. Also my Circle of Directors as Goddess of Mercy Guanyin 观音, Archangel of Beauty Jophiel å®å…‰, Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, The Energy Builders, My Higherself/Source of Creation, the mystical Chinese Dragon and Phoenix, and a team of benevolent star families such as Acturain, Pleiadian, Lyran, etc.
Galactic Councils & Star Seeds
The Galactic Councils are often perceived as groups of beings or entities from different planets, star systems, or dimensions who come together to discuss and influence cosmic matters, planetary evolution, and the well-being of civilizations. It assembles advanced extraterrestrial civilizations and interdimensional beings, or non-physical beings of higher realms. They are the Guardians and Protectors of cosmic laws and balance in the universe.
Star seeds refer to individuals who believe they originated from other planets, star systems, or dimensions beyond Earth. These individuals are thought to have been incarnated on Earth with a specific mission or purpose related to spiritual awakening, healing, and assisting in the evolution of human consciousness.
Here are a few aspects associated with star seeds:
- Origins from Beyond Earth: Star seeds believe their souls originated from other planets, star systems (such as Sirius, Pleiades, Arcturus, etc.), or higher dimensions. They often feel a strong connection to these places and may experience a sense of homesickness or longing for their “true home.”

Angels and Archangels
Angels and Archangels existed in Western esoteric and religious teachings, especially in Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Zoroastrianism, etc.
There are guardian angels and archangels that people can call upon for assistance. Guardian angels are personal angels. Archangels have a higher ranking and can assist anyone who calls upon them.
How do archangels respond to many calls at the same time? They step down through the light pathway spontaneously in millions of places, or you could say that they send many parts of themself down at the speed of light. Here is a list of archangels and some of their roles.

Archangel Jeremiel, in Hebrew, means “Mercy of Godâ€. Angel of Visions and Dreams. help reflect on past memories and make changes that impact the future positively.
Archangel Uriel is the angel of wisdom and intellect. Provides information, concepts, and insights to the mind.
Archangel Chamuel, whose name means “one who seeks God,” helps people find the proper relationships, careers, or housing.
Archangel Raguel is the angel of heroism and justice. Brings justice, fairness, and equality into partnerships. Bring order to the chaos.
Archangel Raziel is the angel of secrets and mysteries, the keeper of all magic, and the master of the five elements.
Archangel Zadkiel is the angel of mercy and forgiveness.
Archangel Ariel is the angel of nature and protects the environment.
Archangel Metatron teaches esoteric knowledge and guides and protects “the Book of Life.”
Practice Discernment
It is important to practice discernment, validating your findings to see if they are true to your heart.
- Listen to your intuition and trust your body’s intelligence. Your body is your best biometer for receiving and transmitting energies. For example, feeling a warm, loving energy connection is positive, whereas feeling your energy being drained is negative.
- We have free will and choice, which is a universal law. Since we are free spirits with sovereignty over all aspects of our bodies—including our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies—. You have complete control over who you choose to trade your energy, resources, money, or even soul with; no one can make you do
- Recognize boundaries. Since we are sovereign beings, we have an energy barrier around our body known as the aura. Respect each other by recognizing their boundaries and always asking for permission before requesting assistance or help.
- Cause and Effect is a universal rule, often known as the rule of Attraction or the Law of Karma. Every action has consequences, whether they are physical, mental, or emotional. These effects may manifest in this life or subsequent lives.
